I'm so amazed that I am now able to run (very slowly!) for 25 minutes - having done it twice now I'm starting to believe that it's really true! The combined support of Laura, you lovely lot and my husband have got me here and I'm so happy and proud and thankful! *wipes emotional tear from eye*

Onward!!

It's amazing what's possible isn't it. Every time I run a lit further or a little longer or even do a run and am a little less tuckered out I get a real sense of accomplishment... not far to the c25k finish line for you :D

Superb, the end ( only ) 5 more mins running and you will be glowing in the success of mastering the C25K and joining the ' Grads ' , well done.

Fantastic and what a great feeling that is. Good luck with smashing those last few weeks of this. I am in a similar place on the program. Struggled a bit this week moving to week 8 with too much other stuff going on, so I went back to week 7. Still determined to complete. Good luck to you.
