Just felt a 'pop' in my right buttock!

I am gutted. Just halfway through W5R1 and had to stop as was in quite a lot of discomfort. Felt something 'pop' in my right buttock and couldn't put any pressure on my right leg so had to stop my run. Had a good stretch (as I always do). Wondering what now? Gutted.com ☹️

Oh dear! Sounds like it could be a hamstring tear. Hopefully not! 😢

I suspect it is hamstring-related. How long do you experts think I'll have to rest?

Well, we are not really experts...but there are of course folk who have experienced similar issues... maybe visit a sports physio and see what is what ?

Oh no! Hopefully it isn't bad! I agree with Oldfloss though, get it checked out! Better to be safe than sorry!
