Well after resting my shins for a week today I finally did the first 28 min run. Although things ached a bit nothing like it was, so fingers crossed I've cracked it and I can start to enjoy the running again with less pain. πππππππππ»ππ»

That is REALLY good news. It takes a lot of determination to keep going like you are when every run leaves you sore and aching. Maybe take an extra rest day before the next run just to make sure all is well? You're so close now. Graduation awaits you .....
