Well, my next run will be W2R2. So far, so good. I've been doing my stretches for Bursitis and Plantar Fasciitis twice a day for what feels like forever, had a couple of false starts and had to stop running again but I now feel able to start again, this time from scratch. Slowly, slowly catch a monkey. I have missed it so much!

I know what it feels like to go back to square one 😫 but you are back out there, so build it up slowly and you will soon get back to where you were. Like you say - enjoy the feeling that you can run again!πŸ™‚

Thanks Sandraj39. To be honest, I'd be happy to stay at W2R2 if I had to. So any further is a bonus 😜
