Sunrise was the best time for my run. Going North during our winter chasing the warmer weather, we stopped three days camping by this beach. A good 10 minutes down the Cliff through a bush track, then 3 km to the groyne and 3 km return. It made my day.

I was hoping for another early beach run this morning ,here in sunny Criccieth. in North Wales!!! But twinge in leg muscle has not settled after Sunday's run, so, being a sensible old snail
