Have I peaked to soon?

I don't normally post but do read the comments from others for advise and encouragement. Decided to write something today as yesterday I completed run 2 of week 6. The 2nd 10 minute was by far the best run I have ever had. For the first time ever it felt comfortable and dare I say it ..... easy. I have struggled at times with some of the runs but wanted to share with you that if I can reach this point and keep going then so can all of you who at times feel that it's too hard. Don't give up and always believe in your self and your abilities. I hope that my next run goes as well, I finally feel that something has just clicked and has fallen into place.

Week six is tricky. No getting away from it. You can get past it and then you are acting downhill ontoGraduation

Just keep going, nice and steady. Easy does it 😃

Well done you!!! I did week 6 run 3 last night and it was hard (possibly because I had convinced myself it was 20 mins!) but the key thing is keeping going. For me the week 5 run 3 was a great achievement and yes the first 2 week 6 runs do feel a bit easy after that. Keep going and as has already been said - its all long runs through to graduation - good luck and keep it up!
