2nd run of Week 9 dusted!

Ok, last post I complained of a niggling hip flexor. So, I iced it several times a day for several days, while gently trying some new, more effective 'hip-opening' stretches and resting. Then, after a five-day break from running, I went out for R2W9 and felt great! Hurrah! :D

I think I'll continue icing for a while for good measure, and keep up with my new stretches. But -- my graduation run is DEFINITELY in sight! GET IN! ;)

Yee ha! I smell a celebration in the offing😊 Look after that hip tho (you'll need to be fully flexible for the graduation party)!
