First run in the rain & no music!!

Well far from flattering photo 😂😂however just so chuffed i went out when normally I wouldn't dream of running in bad weather but i knew i was going away for the weekend & my only chance if a run was early Friday morning before my train at 9am! Third run this week granted only did week3 run as front of hip was still niggling a but so decided to listen to my body & take things a bit slower! In hindsight I should have just gone back to week 1 but il do a couple more week 3s then continue to the end of program 😀My main aim being to get out 3 times a week again😊It amazing how quick you lose your fitness so i advise anyone starting back after a break start from the beginning ! Heres to my next run tomorrow 😊Happy running everyone 🏃😊

Thats what I thought 😂😂they were enjoying it more than me😂But i was chuffed to actually gone out in it😊
