Penultimate Run

So after my post yesterday I decided to crack on and today I have done my second 30min run - I want to get that badge now.

I listened to Laura for the first time but I think I will return to my tunes for the 3rd and last 30min run which I am aiming to do on Tuesday.

I have been reading about Parkrun and I am thinking to join either Highbury Fields or Finsbury Park this weekend in London.

Anyone ever done either of them?

Not web to those Park Runs, but been to my local one and they were very kind to the new runners. One of the volunteers even remembered my name and cheered me on as I ran past because I was there without anyone else 😀
