W2 in the bag

Mission accomplished yesterday morning. A lovely sunny early morning in Bedgebury, East Sussex. Knees grumbled a bit during the first run, then joined by ankles (more of a "Oh, no not again" rather than "Ouch, stop this right now" though. Got the hang of the breathing malarky (while I could still breathe in a straight line.

Knees were a bit sore for a few hours afterwards (noticeable but not debilitating), but all feels fine today.

All set for W3 to start tomorrow, but right now I'm baking!!
