Note to self..... Sunday morning runs are not good when you've been our Saturday night! Think I'll stick to the 5.15am in the week.... also, less people around to watch my fat wobble! This one was a struggle but more mentally I think, although drinking the night before didn't help! I'm totally paranoid that people are watching and criticising me. Has anyone else felt that? All said.... I've achieved the first week! I've really enjoyed it and the "wellbeing" I've felt has been amazing. I can understand how people get hooked on running. What a buzz! Looking forward to starting W2R1 on Tuesday!
