Ok so a four day gap between my last run and todays but i did it after dragging myself out and so pleased (as always) that I did. I was pretty good when i did c25k last year but am thinking as long as i keep some sort of momentum up, every other day isnt a must every time? Or am i making excuses 🙄Any thoughts?

The only advice I might offer, is.. take other exercise in between... to keep your core strength and stamina , topped up.. Otherwise, it may begin to feel a tad hard each time you run, and you want to keep that feel good factor don't you ?
Yes...you're right! Think im just feeling that deep tiredness when you start which makes it hard to get out sometimes. I remember before, once id got to week 4/5 my energy shifted and i wanted to get out so just need to kick myself up the behind a bit more i think until i get there!!
