W6R1 - What's all the fuss about?

I was dreading this run because I read so much about how hard it is after the big 20 mins on W5R3, which I completed two days ago.

But I thought just get on with it and off I went. I have to say I found it great. Enjoyed the little 3 min walking breaks and found I was able to reach 5 and 8 mins without feeling as bad as on previous runs leading up to this.

I feel so good about my progress and can't say enough about just how chuffed I am. I'm so pleased I haven't quit.

My husband is amazed at my progress as are my children.

They told me today how proud they are of me and now I feel like a million dollars πŸ’΅

I enjoy reading everyone's posts although due to time constraints I don't always have time to make comments.

Regards

Julia

All of the runs are easy........all of the runs are hard.........so much depends on how you approach them. Well done you, it looks like you are showing respect rather than fear.

Keep running, keep smiling.
