So I was really worried about this week as the sessions really are a step up with longer running times. Tuesday I completed W5R1 and found the last 5 min run hard going. Tonight it was time to tackle run 2 - the thought of having to run 2 lots of 8 minutes seemed impossible but if I'm honest, once I got the first 4 minutes out of the way, I really got into a rhythm and it was ok.
I am amazed how much fitter I am becoming and am actually looking forward to my first 20 minute continuous run at the weekend. Bring it on !!
