Tight thighs

Last night was W7R3 and this morning my thighs are tighter than they have ever been, in fact it's the first time during c25k I've experienced any discomfort the day after a run.

What's the best way to loosen them up, I was thinking maybe I'd walk to work, I'm in the office all day so I don't need the car and it's only half an hour away, would this help?

Thanks in advance

I can't see that it won't do any harm as it will keep your muscles moving - just stroll rather than power walk though.

I agree a gentle leg loosen-er like a walk should do the trick

I'll try and persuade the wife to give me a massage later
