Treadmill try out

So finished W7R2 first time from the start that I ran on the treadmill must say I really enjoyed it. I was able to wear what I wanted because it's in my house felt confident running wen I'm out Maude I think I'm more tense wen I'm running plus I'm covered up big time this way I was able to wear a vest and shorts and no one saw me. Feeling good about 25Mins

Fab, glad you enjoyed it.....I hope you find, as I did, that as I continued to run I got to the point where actually I wear what I like to run outside, including shorts & a vest top ! I love the oh b*******s I don't care what others think confidence that running has helped with. Tbh I think very few people think anything about what I wear !
