I've just completed W6R2. It's just dawned on me that the intervals are over. It's now full out running with no rests! Eek!!!!

You'll be absolutely fine. You be done the groundwork to prepare your body. It's the mental gremlins that give you the eek moments. You can do this 😀

You've done everything you need to do to get your body ready for constant running, I'm just in from W7R2 and I'm enjoying it much more without the walking breaks.
Relax, take your time and enjoy it, you will find a rythm/pace that works for you and you'll be fine

Yes, this is where it gets fun. Leave those pesky stop-start intervals behind and enjoy going out for a nice long run instead.
