Did W4R2 today and felt great !!!

Why you may ask ? My lovely wee daughter got engaged yesterday and we are all full of love and happiness ❤️️

Anyway as I was finishing the last 5 minute run I decided to push it a bit and go a bit faster ( not difficult). I was coming back into the village when the local smart Alec commented .... 10 miles done ? I replied , no just 5 today 👍

He was speechless!!! The fool believed me 😂😂😂😂😂
