Week 5 Run 2 done

Woke up before my alarm this morning and decided to get up and go straight out to tackle run 2 of week 5. Hadn't run since Friday so was itching to get back out there. Really enjoyed the first 8 minute run - but it seemed to go on forever and in the end I checked the app and it had frozen on 3 minutes so I ran on for a bit longer to be on the safe side. Second 8 minutes went without a hitch and I upped my pace for the last 60 seconds which I'd not tried before. Cant say I have caught the running bug yet but do feel that the longer runs are going to suit me better than the interval training. Now to focus on the 20 minute run on Friday - hope everyone else is enjoying their running this week too x

Ahhh spoiler alert!!! That's my next run. 20mins surely not😵
