Week 4 done

Finished week 4 today . I am really feeling the difference , feeling fitter . I.changed my route today and felt that helped , different things to look and I am not able to predict when next walk break is lol . I am so glad that I decided to start running again this way as building it up gradually is definitely the way to go . I tried to get back to running before but skipped the first few weeks of the programme and just gave up . Looking forward to week 5
