I'm feeling good! Actually not minding the aches and pains as I feel like my body has done something. I'm dreading when I have to actually run for a substantial period of time, but I'm sure everyone feels that way when on the earlier runs.

I run with my dog, so it can be a bit annoying when she needs to stop for a wee etc, so I'm not sure if she is going to be my longer term running partner, but for now I'll give her a chance.

I do feel like a bit of a blob when these super fit and toned runners speed past me and I'm there huffing and puffing away at a snail's pace BUT one day that super speedy runner will be ME. Feeling positive for the future. Let's get this 5 stone gone and be healthier and happier.

You can do it. I've dropped nearly 3 stone - about another 2/3 to go! Started the program after my son asked why his mummy was round! Still slow but definitely looking better (but still a bit of blob!) now my whole life is changing, doing more, feeling better. Believe me- I hadn't exercised in years. Follow the program, it works!! Go for it!!
