Not posted for a while

I finished my week 2 run 3 today yey!

Had to have a week off- shift work and working nights being the problem so just run when I can. My knee was hurting before the break so the rest has done it good plus I have now bought myself some good running shoes which I am hoping will stop any knee problem .

My run today felt easier for sure so week three here I come 🏃!!
