Feeling smug - got up early this morning to do w7r3 before work as it was due to rain later. That was an achievement in itself as I am most definitely not a morning person, and 7 weeks ago I wouldn't have ever thought about doing that. So week 7 is now complete, I only got a tiny bit wet, and I'm now ready to take on Week 8!

I think (for what its worth ) that week 7 is when you think "actually I might be able to do this after all" and you know what: YOU CAN!

Go girl, I'm a few days behind you. I am just in from running w7r1 in pouring rain and chilly 4 degrees! All I can say is, Friday was not a fluke, I really can run for 25 minutes. Would it be inappropriate to shout it from the roof tops!!
Congrats, see you at graduation😀😀🏃🏼♀️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥇
I know what you mean - have had 3 chances now to prove 25 mins was not a fluke. Still slightly in a state of shock though.
