I'm really enjoying this now 😊

I've completed week 4. It was really humid last night so I slowed down to a snails pace and it was fine. I am actually looking forward to week 5 ( but am trying not to think too much about what is in store for the end of the week 😳). My goal is to be able to do the 20 minute run before I'm 50 .....only 2 weeks left to achieve that!

The humidity probably did you a favour, running more slowly will be a big help in W5. All that's left is a mental hurdle, you have already built up your body to the point it's ready for it, and you have a target to help you get there :)
