Been a bit concerned about this 25 minute non stop run. I had a busy old weekend and went out after 5pm on Sunday. It was cloudy with a nice breeze, and much cooler than it has been. I did a longer warm up than usual and set off nice and steady. There were a few other runners about and one guy actually sped up a little running towards me. I was impressed!!
It wasnt easy and at one point I almost felt as if I was running backwards! But it got better as I went on.
My long term aim is to run from my house to the Angel of the North and back which is a bit less than 5k. I got much closer last night and with a bit more speed I know I can get there!!. Next run tomorrow morning. Today I am going to do week 2 of the strength and flex.
You know the old saying "if it seems too good to be true it probably is"? Well this plan is the exception!!
