As it is a public holiday thought I would try to go a little further as don't have to rush got up and out started 5 minute warm up and then we're off nice and slow decided to run on the road as the grass and footpaths were saturated after last nights rain plodded around met one person out this morning carried on and run 4k and stopped started walking and did 2k total time 57 minutes & 6 seconds next run on Wednesday morning should just be able to get the 5k in. Happy running to all

Getting right back in there MoK. How lovely is it running early (especially after rain, when it's so fresh), knowing there's no rush to get anywhere? Sounds like a fab run😊
