Just completed week 5 can't believe I ran for 20 mins with relative ease. Last night thought there was no way that I'd be able to make the step up from 8 to 20 mins but today I just told myself that I could do it. It just shows the program and a positive mental attitude work. Can't wait to step up to 25 mins, it really is addictive.

I've got W5R3 tomorrow morning, I'm hoping it'll nice and cool, I don't cope well in the heat

Well done, it's a great feeling isn't it.

For those about to embark on the run don't be overawed you are not jumping from 8 mins to 20. You are jumping from 16 mins running with 5 mins walking (total 21 mins) to a 20 mins non- stop run. The walking 'breaks' are all a key part of the progression and you are in safe hands with this program.👐
