  • Oh crikey! What a long wait! It doesn't surprise me though.

Hopefully in the meantime healing will be taking place and you can daydream about The Return 😃💪🏃‍♀️✔️

Keep reading and posting as we all know the injury couch is a very lonely place

  • Hope it gets better! Maybe it'll be better by June 26. Sometimes I am very glad I live in Germany, we get to see our GP same day. Might have to wait a bit in the waiting room, but we can just turn up. We might have to wait a month to see a specialist, but not a GP.

Keep reading and posting, we'll try and cheer you up 🎁💐🎈

  • I hope so too, i really don't want to give up, although when i can get back out ill be starting from the beginning again. I have no faith at all in my doctors they are over and beyond useless. To get to see a nurse is no problems at all but to see a doctor straight away you have to practically be dying lol.

  • I know exactly how you feel! I have not run for nearly 2 weeks due to this blessed ankle injury. I've been told I should be able to go out this weekend but I'm not convinced as a 2 mile walk last night was more than I could cope with comfortably.

I never thought I would miss something that I thought I would hate!

We started this journey together and I like to think WE WILL complete it together so hang on in there. Rest and Ice is the advice I have been given

  • Thats the first thing i do once im in from work, feet up and icepack on, its a great excuse to get the otherhalf to do the running around for me :)

  • It will be healed by then...!!!That is horrid... big hug... and I will take you on my next run:)
