Week 3 finished πŸ˜ƒ

Not posted for a while but I'm still here, still running and no longer getting stitches.

Got myself through week 3 runs, some tougher than others but I made it.

90 seconds felt quite short and manageable after the 3 min runs. I imagine as I improve and run more it will feel this way with more minutes.

For the first time I got a little buzz of happiness whilst running. Actually looking forward to week 4 😊

Well done! I just finished week 3 too and I'm surprised how 'easy' it's been so far - considering how I have always _hated_ running.

Scared how week 4 will go but I'm sure we can keep it up! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

That's the beauty of the C25K programme - it gently leads you step by step, challenging you a little bit each time but not enough that you think you have a mountain to climb. Until you look back and see just how far you've come from where you started :)
