Running down dementia - 100k challenge

I'm on week 6 of C25K but I'm already thinking ahead and wondering how I'll get on without the structure of the app. Sooooo I've just signed up for the Run Down Dementia challenge in aid of Alzheimer Research UK and basically the target is to run 100k by the end of October. It seems a good way to set a long term goal of just keep getting out there regularly without getting bogged down with time / speed. Just thought I'd share it incase anyone else is looking for their next challenge!

That's a fantastic goal to aim for Rach. aliboo70 did this.

Well done on getting this far and enjoy the rest of the programme.

I'm doing it too! Graduated a couple of months ago but recovering from an injury so easing into it - 8.1km down, 92 to go!

Sounds like a great goal. I might look into this, as my mum died from Alzheimer's.
