Wk 2 done

Had been sitting on the computer all morning doing uni work , felt all sore , neck , shoulders and head . Really could not be bothered going for a run but so glad I did . Was pouring down but had my skip cap and jacket on so quite refreshing really . I have done a wee bit of mindfulness before and I enjoy this when running , love paying attention to things around me . Hopefully will have my friend for company again on thursday but on my own ok too
