WK day 2

Just completed the WK8 d2 run, this app has helped me mentally and physically. I do a job that is drains mental entertainment as well as physical but this has helped and allowed me to relax and be positive much more. To anyone struggling keep moving you'll surprise your self I certainly have. And when your feel like giving up remember we are all with you.

I have the same kind of job, and this programme was great for giving myself a challenge that's both mental and physical! I already feel stronger, and I know I'll feel like a much stronger person when I finish the entire programme (hopefully) at the end of this month. We can conquer ourselves!
