Week 2 run 3 smashed :)

So I've just done week 2 run 3 and today was the first time I didn't feel like I was gasping for breath or that my legs couldn't go on another step! It felt, dare I say....easy!

I had a 3 day break since my last run as I was away at the weekend so I think it was a fluke as my body was nicely rested and energised.

Bring on week 3 eek!!!!

No need to eeeeeekkk!!!!! You are in control and as you have found out already the progress is noticeable from very early on, so you will be ready for W3, no problem.

You can do this.
