It's been so long! About 6 months since I last ran. A mix of bulging discs, bad health and cold weather has put me off. BUT I'm wanting to get back to it! Can you advise where to start podcast wise? I feel like w1&2 are more about learning pace and technique rather than fitness, and I have an energetic job which helps maintain fitness levels. What do you guys think?

Start at the beginning! Run 1 week 1. The program is progressive so don't worry. Worry about completing each session 😃 Slowly is best to avoid hurting yourself
