Week 2 , going well

Didnt really feel like going out yesterday as felt a bit groggy . I had been out the day before and had a couple of cocktails . Felt better once I had done it . Run 2 of week 2 tomorrow , my friend is joining me but I have warned her I am sticking to the plan . I feel guilty I am not getting any of the aches and pains other people starting out are having , don't want to speak too soon but my friend says even though I haven't ran for years I will have memory muscle . Also have been to yoga and pilates this week , feel.so much better getting all this exercise

Good for you. Keep going slow but sure. Don't miss sessions, miss the cocktails. Save one for graduation 🍸🏅

Thank you , back out today with my friend , loved it , the time flew in as chatting non stop so having conpany is the way to go

Yes but it's not always available so get used to running alone too 🙂
