Couch to 5K

Should I or shouldn't I? 🤔

Note to self - when a possible situation arises where I plan a run and then try and excuse myself with excuses...just don't!!!

Woke up this morning, felt too tired, could still feel last nights tea, could go later, could go tomorrow BUT decided - sod it! Get out there, give it a go, you can always stop but that's better than not starting ( plus my stubbornness won't let me quit once I'm off!)

3.6 km completed ( I'm slowly increasing my distance up to 5k ready for race for life on 25th June)

I feel great 😊

The 'shoe-horn' yourself out of the door runs are often the best!

Brilliant! Did much the same myself this morning, eventually out by 7, me, the sun and the birds! Makes it all worthwhile doesnt it?
