on Friday or Saturday I set off for the last run of week 3. My quandary is , that at no time have I come anywhere near 5k during my runs . Its not a quandary really is it ?? I'm tempted that once the 30 minutes are up completing program , to see if I have enough in the tank and go for the 5k , I reckon another 3 blocks of 5 should do it . Either way I will cover more distance than previously , so win win ?
