Hi I'm about to do week 8 run 2 tomorrow. Run 3 will have to be early morning in London on Thursday as away for work (I live in Norfolk so few hills). So means final run should be Saturday 13th but I'm doing pretty muddy race for life that day. Should I count that as the last one or just an extra. That was the reason I started in the first place so well chuffed to have got so far! Oh and I will be continuing after 😜😜

If its the muddy run i would say count it as a run day, but it wont be a continuous run, so dont count it as one of your programme runs .
Good luck, it will be great!

Well done! Sounds like you've made really great progress. I also started c25k because I had signed up to do a 5k in June. And like you I plan to continue. I'm really hooked on my running now. OK it's more of a slow jog than a real run but I'm loving it. Best of luck with the muddy run!!!
