C25k again this time to increase pace

Sorry not been around much since graduation, what with injuries and the like.

Started C25k again this time at a faster pace, seems to be working as last week I took 33 seconds of my PB at my local Great Run Local event, Might actually get to 5k this time round at week 9 :)

so are you jogging the walk sections and running the runs?

There are a lot better programmes for building speed. C25k is brilliant to get you the stamina for 30 mins continuous running but the intervals are not designed for tempo.
