Today was a bit of a struggle and I don't know if it was lack of sleep or the fact I didn't take my inhaler before I left the house but managed to complete it. Have a feeling I may either be over tired or about to come down with something... felt like I was battling demons all along the run!
Don't have that elated feeling either ... sorry to be gloomy 😬🤔 will have to have a think about it all!

Don't over think it. Everybody has bad / less good runs, just have at least a day (2 or 3 won't hurt) and make sure that next time you go out you are well hydrated even if not as rested as you would like. Good luck.
But you did it! You won't have that elated feeling after every run. pollyp1 is right. Everyone has bad runs sometimes but it's now done, forget about it and move on to the next one.
Every run is a challenge. For me the 2nd run of the week is often the hardest. I think because I know I have done it once so it doesn't have the same thrill as R1. And R3 is always a sense of achievement for another week in the bag.
I have come to terms with this so my expectations for R2 each week is just to get another run in the bank.
