Finally did my first ever Park Run.Very scared was going to do it last week but wimped out - too sunny well that was my excuse

Went yesterday still sunny 14c but I thought it's now or never

Made very welcome and had new runners induction chat

Mainly flat course I actually managed the 5k with no Walking -had only managed 4.7 on my own even though I graduated about a month ago

My time given was 35.33 and I am thrilled- very similar feeling to W5 R3

Only started plodding along in January and really thought I would be found collapsed in a ditch on 5th jog of W1R1

Still hate running but must be improving !!

Thanks to all on the forum
