Hi guys just completed run1 of first week, total newbee to running and i must say im not feeling too bad. I went out on my own couple days ago before downloading and i felt dead after, this app has really helped. Currently following slimming world aswell to help with weightloss. Im looking forward to my next run sunday morning before work :) (never thought id say that!)

    Lots of us will be out pootling about tomorrow. Me and another couch25ker will be racing in a forest somewhere in Nottinghamshire, hopefully bringing back bling πŸ…
