I ran the 28 minutes run this morning. And as usual my right knee is now complaining like heck. Which means it will be 4 or 5 days before I do my next run. This is normal for me.
I plan to anaethnetise it with a few pints of beer shortly, and I've already congratulated myself with a couple of chunks of toblerone and a Greggs sausage roll.
I know this isn't the way to do it, and apologies to anyone on a cabbage soup diet...but it's Friday, I enjoyed my run, I usually eat much more sensibly, and life is great!
Is it the endo whatsits running around my brain that puts me in such a good mood?
