I have completed week 2 but had to stop for more than two weeks for various reasons. Do I continue with week 3 or go back to the beginning? Any suggestions welcome!

I have completed week 2 but had to stop for more than two weeks for various reasons. Do I continue with week 3 or go back to the beginning? Any suggestions welcome!
Do one run of week 2 and see how it goes. If it feels ok move on next run to week 3. If not continue with week 2.
