Wow wee! I've done it again.

Well this morning I have managed to run just short of 7km! I think if my calculations are correct. So here's how I did it...

I varied my route to avoid some hilly inclines,(although I managed to achieve some of them) and ran for 35minutes then stopped my stop watch. I then had a walk for ten minutes to get breath back ,then started stop watch again and ran for another 7 mins.,so in old money I had ran for 4.22miles,42minutes.

Beautiful Easter Monday! Weather super so most enjoyable morning.could see for miles across the fields,loads of cows and an abundance of lambs frolicking in the sunshine. Lovely!.... πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

I skim read that as "an ambulance of lambs" :D Baa! Anyway, that didn't stop me enjoying your post even if I can't run as I'm still recovering from a chesty cold.

Great stuff Pegs, fab post !

Oh there a couple of fields near me that are full of baby lambs ! They are so cute. It fair warms your cockles doesn't it seeing them frolicking on the grass. Gorgeous !

Thank you poppypug! Yes it is a joy to see nature at its best ! I love were I live and to be able to run here is fantastic. However it would be nice if there were a few more flat place to run ...... But hey can't have it all . It's still all worth it. πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

Yes those " inclines " will build proper runners legs and stamina . Its a win-win :-) xxx

Hope so! But how will I know that I've got proper runners legs? Will they ache even more? ha! or will it be a πŸ’‘moment ! πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

I think its a lightbulb moment when you realise that what once used to feel so hard doesn't feel half as hard anymore :-) xxx

Yes I see what you mean! That does make sense,as where I used to find running hardish! now every time I go running it's more enjoyable as aposed to a struggle yippee! πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„ Thank you!
