I have recently joined gym - and decided to try couchto5k on treadmill
I've tried doing it outdoors 3 times and never got past week 2 - I did week 1 day 2 today and am finding it much easier - for several reasons : you can do it alone, so not relying on friend to accompany you , it's a steady pace, having the time in front of you enables you to count down, I think and hope I may make it to week 3 !!!!!!

Nice job! I have to treadmill as I live in a hot country which is also crowded and has very dodgy pavements! At some stage I will make it to a park and when I visit the uk I will run outdoors but there's nothing wrong with using a treadmill. The only thing can be boredom s you're stuck in the one place but I try and mix up my music and set myself goals etc to keep it fresh. It's working so far! Good luck 🏃🏼♀️😊
