hello everyone . new to this community but not c25k. this is me starting it again after losing weight three years ago for my wedding . I loved it not sure what happened but stopped and now I need to lose 3 stone . going to follow the same regime as before because it worked even though I have new exercise equipment . run one night . weight machine the next and so on .
