Still enjoying running!

Hello everyone.

Hope you are all having a great Easter weekend so far!

Out running this morning and ran for 31mins with out stopping while listening to my own music list. Then because I was still a little way from home and many inclines I then decide to stop ,stopwatch at 31mins and walked for another 10 minutes after that I started stop watch again and ran for a further 9 minutes so I think I am improving!

I couldn't run for 40 minutes without stopping because where I live it is quite hilly!

However I'm pleased with my progress so far 😄😄
