Help needed for beginner

I have been exercising for about 3weeks now and all told it has been going well but this week I have done the same as normal but after the session I have had pains in my neck and back. I am doing 20mins in the morning with weights and a bike ride in the afternoon for 20 mins. I don't understand why I am feeling like this? I wonder why I'm feeling like this after 3 weeks? I thought I would be getting used to exercising ? I am doing these 3 times a week
