Oh my goodness! I really can't believe how scared I was about running 3 minutes... I don't know what happened today but something clicked. It was easy!! I found a great new route, and had music for the first time, which helped so much. I'm feeling pumped!! I even did a little bit extra at the end since I wasn't quite home yet and I had the energy for it. Very happy girl today Feel like I could actually do this thing!
I actually started off a lot slower than normal for the first 2 runs, following the advice I've had on here. I felt a bit silly but I was able to build it up back to my usual pace by the end
Thanks everyone, you're all amazing
P.S. I had a terrible day, I've been so emotional and stressed, so this is just the best.

Well done. Follow the programme and you'll be fine. I have graduated now, although it did take me about 12 weeks. I didn't think I could do it. I took on board all the advice, support and encouragement from these lovely people and it worked. #1 mantra was slow and steady. Good luck
